From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by expansive green pastures, nourished by sustainable grass cultivation and an intelligent automatic water spray system that adjusts to the weather, keeping the environment fresh and cool.
The farm’s water reservoir ensures a consistent supply to both fields and cattle, supporting our healthy livestock and thriving crops. Our facilities include a spacious office, comfortable living quarters, and a guest house for visitors seeking to experience the tranquility of rural life firsthand.
At VSC Dairy Farmers, we care deeply for our herd of around 100 cows, consisting of high-quality HF and Jersey breeds housed across four well-equipped sheds. Each shed is fitted with modern amenities like snow-fog cooling systems, automatic water bowls, and water spindles to ensure maximum comfort and health for our animals. Here’s the breakdown of our herd:
Shed 1: 18 HF, 7 Jersey
Shed 2: 25 HF, 5 Jersey
Shed 3: 22 HF, 3 Jersey
Shed 4: 15 HF, 2 Jersey
Plus 3 healthy calves
Our cows enjoy freedom to walk in designated sheds and pastures, and they’re fed fresh, nutrient-rich feed processed right on the farm. Water is pumped directly in front of the cows for easy access, and the farm’s biogas plant helps power operations sustainably. Every day, we produce about 500 liters of fresh milk, collected by the local milk society, along with other organic dairy products like curd, paneer, buttermilk, and ghee, all offered at prices at least 10% lower than market rates.
